Patchwork Pathways connects families to licensed local counselors for individualized or ongoing therapeutic support beyond coursework.
Legal Process Education
Through our partnership with Legal Access for All (legalaccessforall.org), we provide educational courses on family visitation proceedings and assistance understanding court processes — not legal representation.
Integrated Case Management
For referred families, we provide collaborative goal-setting, court-compliant service plans, and coordination with DCF, GAL, court staff, and legal teams.
