Court & DCF Referred Families
The BRIDGE Program
Building Respectful Interactions for Divided Guardianship and Engagement
The BRIDGE Program is our structured, court-aligned track for families navigating the family court or DCF process. It delivers the same evidence-based education as our open enrollment programs, with the addition of formal accountability measures, individualized service planning, and required court or agency reporting where applicable.
Who Is Referred
Referrals are accepted from family court judges, magistrates, DCF case managers, GAL programs, and attorneys for families navigating:

- DCF-referred family stabilization services
Accountability Measures
The BRIDGE Program includes structured oversight designed to support court and DCF expectations:
- Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) aligned with court orders
- Monthly progress documentation for judicial or DCF review
- Coordination with GALs, DCF case managers, and legal teams
- Intake appointment completed within 5 business days of referral
