Accepted from judicial officers, DCF, GALs, or private counsel.

Intake Appointment
Completed within 5 business days of referral.

Individualized Family Service Plan
Aligned with court orders and each family's objectives.

Ongoing Services & Reporting
Regular contact, documentation, and updates for court or DCF oversight.
Program Duration: 3 to 12 months (based on mandate and progress)
